We plan to safely welcome you in person as we continue to monitor the ongoing pandemic. Attend this special event to hear stories of promise and hope as we celebrate our DC Strings Workshop Teaching Artists, musicians, supporters and friends. Having DCSW come to the library to perform is always a treat for our community. Children who might not otherwise have access to classical music get a chance to listen and learn, and our adults have a chance to relax and enjoy a high caliber performance without needing to leave their neighborhood. We hope our partnership continues for many years!

The DC Strings Workshop, annual gala and performance is a meaningful evening drawing 150+ guests representing both a public and private sectors as well as prominent leaders and musicians. We hope to raise $50,000 to power is in the trap music education in orchestra programs.
