Candace Williams

Candace Williams was born on June 22, 1996 in Maryland. While attending high school, she developed a fascination for the art of choral music. This was her first introduction to classical singing. Her formal voice training begun during her senior year of high school at Ottley Music School, and she went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance & Pedagogy from Oakwood University in May 2017. 

She was sung in such venues as Carnegie Hall in the USA, and has appeared internationally as a member and soloist with the award-winning Oakwood Aeolians, World Choir Title (Choir of the World) in the choral category during the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfo in Wales on July 8, 2017. Currently, she is applying to graduate voice programs. Upon finishing her education, Candace hopes to be able to spread God’s love and comfort through music by way singing and teaching professionally.
